Ananya Ahluwalia

Ananya Ahluwalia is a dedicated legal professional with a strong academic background and a passion for justice. She completed her Psychology Hons. from Panjab University before pursuing her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Jindal Global Law School. Since registering with the bar in 2022, she has actively practiced law with a focus on Civil Writs, particularly service law matters.

With a deep understanding of constitutional and administrative law, Ananya has successfully represented clients in various service-related disputes, ensuring that justice is upheld in matters concerning government employees, promotions, transfers, and employment rights. Her meticulous approach to legal research and drafting has helped her build a reputation as a proficient advocate in this domain.

In addition to litigation, Ananya has honed her skills in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Having completed a specialized course in Mediation, she is adept at negotiating and resolving disputes efficiently, saving clients both time and resources. Her expertise in mediation allows her to provide effective out-of-court settlements, fostering amicable solutions while protecting her clients’ interests.
